Christopher Satterwhite II

Christopher Satterwhite II is the Managing Director of Cap Fi, where he leads the firm's equipment financing and working capital practice. He specializes in structuring high-value, complex working capital solutions for owner-operators, contractors, manufacturers and growing businesses across the United States.

With more than 8 years of industry experience, Christopher has built a proven track record in non-traditional finance — securing approvals for credit profiles and transaction structures that conventional lenders often decline. To date, he has funded more than $25 million in secured capital for clients, helping businesses access the equipment, vehicles and working capital they need to grow.

Christopher also brings direct experience with treaty-based financing programs, including the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. He advises clients and referral partners on capital-raising structures tied to U.S. investment and development projects, providing guidance on how these programs can complement traditional commercial finance strategies.

At Cap Fi, Christopher and his team act as brokers and advisers, not order takers. They shop each file across a network of specialty lenders, funds and finance companies to find the right structure, rate and term for the deal at hand.
