This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you, or that you may provide, when you visit capficapital.com and any of our sub-domains, the secure client portal and other web-connected services (collectively, the “Website”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

This policy applies to information we collect on the Website, in email, text and other electronic messages between you and us, and through the secure client portal. Unless otherwise stated, it does not apply to information collected offline or by any third-party website we do not operate.

We keep application information and documents for as long as needed to service your relationship with us and to satisfy legal, tax, regulatory and lender record-keeping requirements, after which we delete or de-identify them.
